Nashville, Tenn. tops Zillow's list of the hottest housing markets for 2017. Seattle, Orlando and Denver also make the top 10 along with three Utah markets—Provo, Salt Lake City and Ogden. Markets that made the list have quickly rising home values, low unemployment rates and strong income growth.
