PURCHASE INFORMATION

Buying Process

  1. Contract Signing + 40% of the Purchase Price is required within 3 days of Contract Execution

  2. All monies will be escrowed in the Equity Title Company account until the transfer of title of the property to the buyer.

  3. Documentation ~ copy of ID, or passports, email, telephone number and address.

  4. Upon receipt, purchase agreement will be sent directly for electronic signing

  5. Final balance due at closing ~ Cash 20-30 days, Mortgage 45-60 days

As far as legal fees, when purchasing units by cash, associated closing costs will total approximately 3.5% of the purchase price, which will include all title fees, administrative and recording fees, as well as insurance on the unit for the initial year.
